The shocking video has emerged of a police officer beating a handcuffed woman on with her face against a concrete wall, had a deep wound on his chin. The horrific images were recorded on a Dallas Tollway taken by Trooper Arturo Perez-dashboard-camera while looking for female drivers arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. The grainy images clearly show the officer to drawWhitney Fox wanted 22 years to his police car, then his body slamming into a concrete highway divider, which lead him away from him. in what seems like another case of police brutality, is Arturo Perez, a former soldier in the Department of Public Safety who apparently used excessive force, as seen in this video, now faces criminal charges.
